What is motivating our ladies to dress this badly?

Some say it's due to ignorance, but these ladies are old enough to know what is right and it is obvious they are just going out of their way to dress provocatively for their very selfish reasons.
"CL" advice all ladies to stop looking up for guys with crazy dressings because guys love women who have standards.
